Pricing: All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B. Factory, Buffalo, New York, USA. Purchase Orders should be addressed to Ethox International, Inc., 251 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14204.

Shipment of Product(s): Customer is responsible for all freight charges. All shipments will be FOB Ethox International Buffalo, New York, USA. Absent specific shipping instructions, Ethox International will determine method of shipment. Risk of loss shall pass to the customer upon delivery of goods to the carrier, irrespective of method of shipment or payment.
Drop Ship Terms: A 5% surcharge will be added to the invoices of those orders being drop shipped to your customer’s location.
Returns Goods Policy: All Ethox International products, except products that are obsolete, discontinued, or damaged and specialty products may be returned within 180 days after date of purchase for credit subject to the following:
- A copy of the purchase order, lot number and date of purchase and a Return Authorization Number must accompany the returned goods with the reason for the return stated in writing. Contact Ethox International Customer Service for the Return Authorization Number at 1-800-521-1022 or (716) 842-4000.
- All returned goods would be subject to a minimum of 30% restocking charge. The exact amount of credit given, if any, will be determined by a Quality Assurance inspection. Sterile packaged products may be returned for credit only if returned in the original, unopened shelf package.
- If the return is due to our error in shipping, full credit will be given.
- All returns should be addressed as indicated by Return Authorization.
Ethox International products are manufactured and produced in compliance with these quality standards:
• ISO 11135 13485, 1996
• EN46001
• European MDD, Annex II and V.
Ethox International products are also latex and mercury free.
