We have over 40 years of experience in cycle development for products requiring temperature, moisture, and ethylene oxide residual sensitivity. Our expertise goes beyond the testing services to ensure that our clients’ internal and regulatory requirements are met.

- Multiple vessel sizes allow Ethox STS to work efficiently with small loads, mid-sized loads, or large loads. We process for the largest—and smallest—manufacturers

- Reduced relative humidity capability resulting from our use of direct RH sensors, rather than calculated pressure differentials
- We also work with business partners to provide Ethox STS solutions for your gamma or other irradiation sterilization requirements

Our Services
 For 100% ethylene oxide customers Ethox STS offers sterilization vessels ranging from 1 pallet to 14 pallets. We are equally well-suited for low volume, mid volume, and high volume.
For steam sterilization customers Ethox STS offers similar development through production assistance. Steam sterilization cycles can be designed and validated for temperatures ranging from 115°C to 134°C, accommodating your product’s materials and functionality.

Certifications
