Founded in 1966, Ethox International began what has become a four-decade commitment to the production of high quality medical devices. Built upon a select core of competencies, Ethox was one of the first contract manufacturing and sterilization service providers in the industry. Six years later the company expanded its offering to laboratory services and a small line of hospital products.

In 1989, the company extended its capabilities and opened a facility dedicated to sterilization services, providing 100% Ethylene Oxide sterilization as well as steam, irradiation and validation services.

In February of 2005, Ethox acquired STS duoTEK, further expanding the company's capabilities in toxicology, analytical chemistry and microbiology. In September of 2005, Ethox opened a new facility in China, further enhancing the company’s global production efficiency and distribution. As a result, Ethox International has become one of the largest fully integrated contract medical manufacturers in the United States.
