Medical Insurance
Associates may choose from several different medical plan options depending on lifestyle, needs and priorities.
401K Plan
The 401(k) plan is designed to help our Associates prepare for their future. Eligible associates may contribute up to 15% of their pay to the plan on a pretax basis. The company will match 30% of the first 5%.
Flexible Spending Account
Ethox International offers two flexible spending accounts to defer health care and dependent care expenses with tax free dollars. You can contribute to one or both accounts. Participation is voluntary and you don’t need to be enrolled in the Ethox International plans to participate.
Long Term Disability Insurance
Coverage is provided for all eligible team members and pays 60% of your monthly base up to a plan maximum.
Life Insurance
Basic life and AD&D insurance is provided to all qualified employees at no cost. Coverage is based on annual salary. Optional supplemental employee and dependent life insurance may also be available.
Tuition Assistance
We encourage personal growth and development by offering a tuition assistance plan to our eligible associates.
Vacation and Holidays
Our associates work hard so time to play and re-energize is in order too! Associates are provided with a generous vacation and holiday package. We offer 11 holidays per year with one selected by the individual.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employee assistance services are available for personal issues, childcare referrals, and answers to financial and legal questions.
